摘要
云南伴生金硫化铅锌矿,其有用矿物嵌布关系复杂,不同种类矿石之间相互侵蚀包含,造成了浮选过程中有价金属富集困难,试验针对其特殊的矿物组成和矿石结构特征,开发出金铅硫混合浮选—金铅与硫砷分离—浮锌的工艺流程,采用金的高效活化剂SA及组合捕收剂DA-1、丁基黄药和乙基黄药进行金铅硫混合浮选,然后采用CaO在高碱度下进行金砷分离。在其原矿含金4.2 g/t、铅1.09%、锌0.42%的条件下,得到含金157.29 g/t、铅55.84%的混合含金铅精矿和含金33.58 g/t的硫砷精矿、含锌44.01%锌精矿,其中金、铅和锌的回收率分别为90.03%、86.58%和80.65%的良好选矿指标。本研究为同类型复杂含金硫化矿浮选提供了有用借鉴。
An associated gold lead-zinc sulfide ore from Yunnan has extremely complicated intergrowth relationship among valuable minerals and different minerals wrapped corrosively,which makes them hard to be enriched in the process of flotation. According to the special texture and characteristics of ores, the flowsheet consisting of bulk flotation of gold,lead and sulfur minerals,the separation between gold-lead and sulfer-arsenic,and zinc flotation was developed. SA(a high efficient activator for gold minerals) and a combined collector containing DA-1,butylxanthate and ethlxanthate were employed as the collector. Then the separation of gold and arsenic was conducted under high alkalinity using calcium oxide. When the raw ore containing 4.2 g/t Au,1.09% Pb and 0.42% Zn,the concentrates of Au-Pb bulk concentrate grading157.29 g/t Au and 55.84% Pb, the S-As bulk concentrate grading 33.58 g/t Au and zinc concentrate grading 44.01% Zn were obtained, and the recovery of gold, lead and zinc was 90.03%, 86.58% and80.65% respectively,so good result was achieved. These studies could provide valuable reference for the treatment of the same type ores.
