摘要
分别用三乙胺-环氧氯丙烷和苯甲醛对4.0代(G)聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)进行端基改性,得到改性产品PAMAM-Q4、PAMAM-B4。针对胜利油田东二联水样,考察了PAMAM-Q4、PAMAM-B4、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、PAMAM-Q4-PAC的絮凝除油能力。结果表明,PAMAM-Q4的絮凝能力强力于PAMAM-B4;PAMAM-Q4与PAC复配使用后的絮凝能力优于其单独使用时絮凝性能,在温度为50℃,加药量为110 mg/L,絮凝时间为90 min时,除油率达到85.81%。
The PAMAM of 4 . 0 G has been modified into PAMAM-Q4 and PAMAM-B4 using triethyl-amine-ePoxy chloroProPane and benzaldehyde,resPected. In view of the Produced fluid of east two from Shengli oilfield,the flocculation of modified PAMAM-Q4,PAMAM-B4,PAC and PAMAM-Q4-PAC has been researched. The results show that the flocculation Performance of PAMAM-Q4 was better than PAM-AM-B4 in the same conditions. The Performance of comPound flocculatant with PAMAM-Q4 and PAC was better than the single,and the temPerature,dosage and time is 50℃,110 mg/L and 90 min,resPectively, with the degreasing rate of 85 . 81%.
