摘要
以放电线圈已有的试验研究成果和现行产品技术标准为基础,从梳理放电线圈故障案例切入,按故障原因及发生时段分成"自身缺陷引发故障(投入后运行多时)"、"使用不当引发故障(投入后数分钟)"、"并发性故障(投切操作过程中)"等3类,可供实用参考;来自生产实践经验得出的3条预防事故措施建议为新编国标所采纳;提出的增设"连续运行"和"差压测试"2项检验项目有助于保证产品质量。
In this paper,the faults of discharge coil are classified into three types. Firstly,fault due to self defects(several hours after operation),secondly,fault due to incorrect use(several minutes after operation),thirdly,combination fault(during switching period)based on the existing research results and technical standards of current product and also on the fault case of discharge coil for practical reference. Three prevention measure suggestions of the faults from practice experience are adopted by the latest national standard. It is suggested to add such two test items as "Sustaining operation"and "Differential pressure test",which is helpful in quality assurance of product.
