摘要
高压输电线路容性充电功率长期存在,在特定情况下会导致线路首端月功率因数偏低,甚至承担高额的力调电费。本工程采用站内现有的晶闸管相控电抗器(TCR)装置对220 kV高压侧充电功率进行动态跟踪补偿,有效解决了力调电费问题。由于改造范围仅为二次回路和控制软件,不涉及一次设备,因此改造周期短,工程费用低。
The long time existence of capacitive charging power in high voltage(HV)transmission line will,at special condition,lead to low power factor at the head of line and even high electric tariff charge. In this project,the existing thyristor phase control reactor(TCR)in the station is used to perform dynamic tracking compensation of charging power at 220 kV HV side,which solves effectively electric tariff adjustment issue. The modification has short period and low cost because of the modification only in secondary circuit and not the primary equipment.
