摘要
从服装企业实际需要出发,分析传统服装工艺教学存在的缺陷。提出培养应用型人才服装工艺教学的策略,培养学生的实际动手能力和知识应用能力,实现企业人才需求与高校人才培养的零距离对接,促进服装教育可持续发展。
The flaws of the traditional clothing technology teaching were analyzed from the actual needs of clothing enterprise.The strategies of clothing technology teaching for applied talents training were proposed to cultivate the students＇ practical ability and knowledge application ability,realize the direct linking enterprise talents demand and talents training in colleges and universities,and promote sustainable development of the clothing education.
