摘要
采用直接浸渍、真空浸渍、超声波浸渍3种方法制备了一系列不同的碱性分子筛催化剂Cs/HX,并应用于甲苯甲醇烷基化催化反应,同时采用XRD、NH3-TPD、CO2-TPD、BET、AAS和Py-IR表征考察了浸渍方法对Cs/HX催化剂酸碱性及烷基化反应性能的影响。结果表明,采用3种浸渍方法所制得的Cs/HX分子筛催化剂的Cs2O负载量不同,分子筛孔道结构和酸碱性也存在明显差异。采用直接浸渍法制备的Cs/HX碱性较强,B酸中心的量更少,因此其催化甲苯甲醇侧链烷基化反应的苯乙烯选择性较高,并具有较高的催化反应活性。
A series of base zeolite catalysts Cs/HX were prepared,respectively,by direct impregnation,vacuum impregnation and ultrasonic impregnation methods,which were used as the catalyst for alkylation of toluene with methanol.The physico-chemical properties of prepared Cs/HX samples were characterized by XRD,NH3-TPD,CO2-TPD,BET,AAS and Py-IR.The results indicated that the loading amounts of Cs2 O on Cs/HX prepared with different impregnation methods were varied,and there was also the obvious difference in their basicity properties and the pore structure.The Cs/HX prepared by direct impregnation possessed the strongest basicity and lest Brnsted acidic sites among the three Cs/HX prepared by different impregnation methods,and thus showed the high selectivity of styrene and the high reactivity in the catalytic side-chain alkylation of toluene with methanol.
