摘要
目的:为加强输液门诊信息化建设,降低护士手写工作量,建立了一套门诊输液系统。方法:(1)将系统数据库搭建于后台服务器并在门诊输液工作站安装系统客户端;(2)配置热敏打印机,以便打印患者输液单信息;(3)为手持扫描枪分配IP地址并安装无线路由,用于与服务器进行信息传递;(4)在系统客户端完成输液预约、登记及信息打印等操作。结果:门诊输液系统的建立,缩短了患者的等待时间,完全信息化的手段取代了原有的手写操作,方便了护士的使用。结论:该系统加强了对输液信息的记录与管理,方便患者就医和核对输液信息,提高了医院的工作效率与管理水平。
Objective To establish an outpatient infusion system in order to strengthen informatization of the hospital and reduce workload of the nurse. Methods Firstly, SQL Server was installed on the server and then the outpatient infusion system was installed on the client terminal; secondly, the thermal printer was configured to print the patient infusion information; thirdly, the IP address was distributed for the handheld scanner, then the wireless router was installed to transfer the information to the server; finally, the operating such as reservation, enrollment and information printing were realized with the system client terminal. Results The patient waiting time was shortened by the outpatient infusion system, and informatized measures replacing the original manual operation decreased the workload of the nurse. Conclusion The system facilitates the recording and management of infusion information, the treatment and infusion information check of the patient, and the efficiency and management of the hospital.
