摘要
针对当前精密设备驱动定位精度、仪器仪表分辨率要求高的趋势,设计了一种以STC90C51单片机为核心、A4982电机驱动芯片为驱动器的两相步进电动机驱动控制系统。阐述了A4982的电流恒转矩驱动细分技术、系统的各构成模块,给出了重点部分的硬件电路图、上位机软件和程序流程图。实践表明,系统运行平稳、可靠,采用的步进电动机细分技术大大提高了定位精度和仪表的分辨率,满足产品高精度要求。
A two-phase stepper motor driver control system with STC90C51 MCU as the control core and A4982 chip as the drive was designed for the high position accuracy of precise device and the high resolution of instruments.The driving subdivision technology for current constant torque of A4982 and the modules of system were presented.The circuit structure,software of upper computer and flow diagrams were given.Experiments show that the system is stable and reliable.The subdivision technology of stepper motor can improve the position accuracy and instrument resolution,and meet the requirement for high accuracy of products.
