介绍了中国聚氯乙烯的发展现状,分析了聚氯乙烯行业存在的问题,提出了以开拓下游市场,开发特种树脂为手段的建议,从而解决氯碱工业碱氯不平衡的问题。
The development present situation of China PVC industry was introduced, and the problems were analysed.The measures were put forward, including opening up the market and developing special resin, to solve the problem of chlor alkali unbalance.
