健康足月新生儿腹主动脉内-中膜厚度值的检测及意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过二维超声测量健康足月新生儿腹主动脉内-中膜厚度（AIMT）,探讨检测新生儿AIMT的意义。方法选择出生72 h之内的健康新生儿60例,采用高频线阵探头分别测量其AIMT。结果 60例新生儿全部完成超声测量,过程顺利,未出现明显不适。AIMT 0.38-0.61 mm,平均（0.51±0.048）mm（95%CI 0.51-0.53）,离群值0.36,集中趋势较好。体重与AIMT呈负相关（r=-0.677,P=0.000）。结论高频超声可以清晰显示新生儿腹主动脉内-中膜结构,准确测量新生儿AIMT,积累正常数据有助于进一步辨别异常者。
