摘要
退耕还林是保护生态环境的一项重大工程,也是惠民济民的一项重要措施。根据宣威市第一轮退耕还林工程的建设现状及存在问题,提出今后发展的思路及建议,从而推动即将实施的新一轮退耕还林工程健康发展。
Returning farmland to forest is a major project of ecological environment protection,and is an important measure that is useful for our country and people.According to the construction status and existing problems of first round of returning farmland to forest engineering in Xuanwei City,the future development ideas and suggestions were put forward,so as to promote the healthy development of the implementation of a new round of returning farmland to forest project.
