摘要
目的:分析和探讨中医治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法:选择50例子宫肌瘤患者,于月经干净后3d开始口服自拟化瘤汤,3个月为一个疗程,观察子宫肌瘤体积变化及临床症状。结果:治疗1个疗程的50例患者,治愈的40例,治愈率80%,显效6例,显效率12%,无效4例,无效率8%,总有效率92%。结论:自拟化瘤汤口服治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,可广泛推广于临床使用。
Objective： To analyze clinical effects of TCM medicine on uterine leiomyoma. Methods： 50 patients with uterine leiomyoma were given the Hualiu decoction from the third day after menstruation clean. Results： In 1 course of treatment, 40 cases were cured, for 80%; 6 cases were better, for 12%; 4 cases were invalid, for 8%; the total efficacy was 92%. Conclusion： The Hualiu decoction shows good effects on uterine leiomyoma, was worthy of application.
