摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤汤味治疗椎动脉型颈椎病所致眩晕的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照设计方法,按照治疗组和对照组为1∶1的比例把60例诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病所致的眩晕患者随机分组,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组给予西比灵10mg,1次/d,口服,治疗组给予补中益气汤汤味治疗,疗程为14d。观察眩晕发作情况。结果:治疗组愈显率为80.0%,对照组愈显率为20.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论:补中益气汤汤味治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能显著改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果的稳定性。
Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on vertigo induced by cervical vertebral artery disease. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases for each. The control group was given oral sibelium 10mg, once per day;while the treatment group was given the Buzhong Yiqi decoction, 14d for one course. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment group （80.0%） was significantly better than that （20.0%） in the control, and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control. Conclusion：The Buzhong Yiqi decoction could improve clinical symptoms and stability of clinical efficacy.
