摘要 为了制备具有良好隔音性能的层合复合材料,以满足住宅隔断时隔音及节省空间的需要,以常用的松木压制板为基材,玻璃纤维增强聚氯乙烯隔音材料为芯层,设计制备了几种层合结构的隔音复合材料。采用双声道声学分析仪,对制备样品的隔音性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:制备的2cm厚的层合隔音板的隔音量大于30dB,能够满足一般场合的隔断需要,且在面密度和厚度相同的条件下,层合方式对隔音性能有明显的影响,非对称结构优于对称结构;不同层合方式的隔音复合板对不同波段的隔音性能有所不同,可以根据使用场合的需要,设计制备不同的隔音板。 In order to prepare laminating composites with good sound insulation property and to meet the needs of residential sound insulation and saving space,several kinds of sound insulation composites with laminating structure were prepared by using pine pressing board as base material and glass fiber reinforced polyvinyl chloride sound insulating material as the center ply.Dual channel acoustic analyzer was used to test and analyze sound insulation property of the samples.The results show that the sound insulation volume of 2cm-thick laminating acoustic insulation panel is greater than 30 dB,which can meet the needs of general situations.Under the same surface density and thickness,the laminating pattern will have an obvious influence on sound insulation property;asymmetrical structure is better than symmetrical structure.The composite board with different laminating structures will have different sound insulation properties to different wave bands.Different sound insulation panels can be designed according to the needs of different occasions.
