摘要
分析合山电厂2号发电机并网过程零功率切机保护动作,导致并网失败的原因。通过分析故障过程的零功率切机保护录波图,并将计算所得的并网时的同期角和发电机电流值与规程值相比,得出零功率切机保护动作的原因是DEH未投入自动同步。在安装了零功率切机保护的发电机并网时,汽轮机DEH未投入自动同步会造成零功率切机保护动作切机。提出的修改运行操作票和控制逻辑的防范措施,可确保机组并网过程中DEH自动同步的投入。
The action of zero-power tripping protection of No.2 generator during the grid connection process which resulted in the grid connection failure in Heshan power plant is analyzed.By analyzing the recording graph of the zero-power tripping protection during the fault process and comparing the synchronous angle during the grid connection by calculation and the generator current value with guide values,it is obtained that the reason of the action of zero-power tripping protection is that DEH is not put into automatic synchronization.During the grid connection of generator which installs zero-power tripping protection,the zero-power tripping protection will act if the DEH of steam turbine is not put into automatic synchronization.Countermeasures of modifying the operation order and control logic are proposed,which can ensure the operation of DEH automatic synchronization during the grid connection of generator.
