摘要
为了保护10 kV架空线路停电作业时人员的安全,对停电作业安全防护措施进行了探讨。首先对10 kV架空线路停电检修过程中突然单相带电时通过人体的电流进行分析,然后用阻值约为2 200Ω的电阻模拟作业人员人体电阻,对4种接地工况下线路停电过程突然单相带电时通过模拟作业人员人体的电流进行了测量。通过分析、试验,针对10 kV架空线路停电作业现有安全措施的不足,提出了作业人员在地面作业或在杆塔、金属斗车上作业时相应的安全防护措施。所提出的安全防护措施可大大减少通过作业人员人体的电流,有效确保作业人员安全。
In order to protect the safety of personnel during the power off working on 10 kV overhead line,safety protection measures of power off working are discussed.Firstly,current through human body by the sudden single phase charging during the power off maintenance process of 10 kV overhead line is analyzed;then a resistor with about the 2 200 Ω resistance value is simulated as the body resistance value of working personnel and the current through the simulated body of working personnel by the sudden single phase charging during the power off process under four grounding conditions are measured.Based on the analysis and testing,and aiming at the insufficiency of present safety measures in the power off working of 10 kV overhead line,corresponding safety protection measures for working personnel are proposed under different working conditions including the ground,the tower and the metallic bucket.The proposed measures can greatly reduce the current through the body of working personnel and guarantee effectively the safety of working personnel.
