The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the municipal road budgeting from the market environment,construction scheme,quality,construction period,and management,sums up the points for the construction budgeting of municipal road projects,including the improvement of construction budgeting,reasonable adjustment of construction budgeting quota,and establishment of sound construction budgeting system.
