摘要
设计了一种空气源热泵机组在夏季制冷工况运行时,利用相变材料回收机组冷凝热用于生活热水制备的系统,对初步选取的5种有机相变材料,采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)进行了相变温度、相变潜热等参数的热物性实验,通过对比分析实验数据,确定选用月桂酸作为贮能系统的主要蓄热材料,并通过工程算例证实了该系统的可行性。
This paper designs an air source heat pump runs the cooling conditions in the summer. The system uses Phase Change Materials( PCM) to recover the condensing heat of the engine-set,and makes the part of heat use for domestic hot water system. Using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry( DSC) conducted a series of experiments which includes phase transition temperature,latent heat etc for the preliminary selection of five kinds of organic phase change material. By comparing and analyzing the experiment datum,and deciding to use lauric acid as the main heat storage material of the energy storage system. Confirming the feasibility of this system by an engineering example.
