摘要
目的通过对不同层级护理人员专业知识和技能培训方式与内容需求的调查与分析研究,了解影响护士核心能力的因素及护士对在职培训的真实自我需求,寻求护士在职培训的理想模式。方法对全科19名护士采取半结构式访谈,了解护理人员对临床在职培训的真实感受,以及对培训途径和培训内容的自我需求,进行综合分析,找出培养层级护士核心能力的综合培训体系,使培训效果达到最大化。结果为今后开展不同层级的护理培训和建立科学性、针对性和实用性的培训体系提供有价值的依据。结论护士在职培训是以提高专业水平为主的一种终身教育,培训计划的制订要综合考虑护士的实际临床需求,兼顾医院、社会及护士自身价值体现等综合素质的发展,进而提升临床护理质量,增强护士职业成就感。
Objective To nursing staff at different levels through the professional knowledge and skills training methods and investigation and analysis of the content needs of research, understand the factors influencing the core competence of the nurses and nurse the true self demand for on-the-job training, the ideal mode for nurses on-the-job training. Methods Of general 19 nurses semi-structured interviews, understanding the clinical nursing staff on-the-job training of true feelings, and the way of training and training needs, make a comprehensive analysis, find out training level, the core competence of the nurses comprehensive training system, to maximize the training effects. Results For different levels of nursing training for the future and establish a scientific, pertinence and practicability of training system to provide valuable basis. Conclusion Nurses on-the-job training is give priority to in order to improve the professional level of a kind of lifelong education, training plan formulation to comprehensive consideration of the nurse's actual clinical demand, take the social, hospitals and nurses themselves value such as the development of the comprehensive quality, thus improving the quality of clinical nursing, enhanced nurses professional sense of accomplishment.
