摘要
在某二级轮边减速器图纸的基础上,建立了其三维模型,应用ADAMS软件对轮边减速器的啮合情况进行了动力学仿真分析,得到了一级行星齿轮系与二级行星齿轮系的啮合力。结果表明:轮边减速器在工作时,其齿轮之间的啮合力波动比较明显,并且一级行星齿轮系的幅值波动要大于二级行星齿轮系的幅值波动。
On the basis of drawing, this paper establishes a three-dimensional model of the secondary wheel reducer. The dynamic simulation of the Engagement of the wheel reducer is conducted based on ADAMS software. Then, through simulation, it is easy to obtain meshing forces of the primary planetary gear train and the secondary planetary gear train. The results show that, when the wheel reducer is working, the meshing forces between the gears fluctuate obviously, and amplitude fluctuation of the primary planetary gear train is larger than the amplitude fluctuation of the secondary planetary gear train.
