摘要
本文建立高效液相色谱法测定磷酸-2-联苯基二苯基酯(BDP)含量的方法,采用Zorbax SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇:水(85:15,V:V);流速0.80m L/min;柱温30℃,检测波长240nm。实验证明,此方法简便,重现性好,稳定性好,可用于BDP含量的测定。
The method for the 2-Biphenylyl Diphenyl Phosphate was established by HPLC,with symmetry C18 chromatography column （4.6mm × 150mm,5 μ m） as the column and methanol/water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240nm and the flow rate of the mobile phase was 0.80mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃. Experimental results show this method is simple, repeatable and stability well.It can be used for the determination of the content of BDP.
