摘要
简述了缸孔变形有限元分析的方法,对比分析了两种不同方案的缸体设计对缸孔变形产生的影响。分析结果表明,更改后的方案对第二缸的缸孔变形影响比原方案要好。
This paper summarized the FEA method of cylinder bore deformation, and analyzed the influence of two different projects of cylinder block design on cylinder bore deformation. The analysis result shows that the modified project is much better to the second cylinder bore deformation than the original one.
