摘要
目的:探讨半导体激光治疗在尿道下裂术后伤口护理中的应用效果。方法将北京儿童医院泌尿外科2013年1月—2014年3月收治的尿道下裂患儿35例按照随机数字表法分为干预组17例与对照组18例。对照组采用常规抗感染治疗,干预组在此基础上加用半导体激光治疗。观察两组患儿的伤口愈合情况与术后疼痛分级情况。结果干预组患儿甲级愈合10例,乙级愈合3例,丙级愈合4例,优于对照组的4,10,4例,差异有统计学意义( Z=3.07,P<0.05)。干预组患儿术后伤口疼痛分级0级8例,1级5例,2级2例,3级2例,优于对照组的2,3,6,7例,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.34,P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗可加速尿道下裂手术患儿伤口甲级愈合,缓解术后疼痛,有助于患儿术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the postoperative wound care and effect of semiconductor laser in the treatment of hypospadias .Methods Totals of 35 children with hypospadias from January 2013 to March 2014 were divided into the intervention group (17 cases) and the control group (18 cases) by the random table method.The intervention group was given routine anti-infection treatment combined with semiconductor laser treatment, and the control group was given normal anti-infection treatment.The wound healing results and the degree of postoperative pain were observed .Results In the intervention group , 10 children had the first-class healed wound;3 children had the second-class healed wound; 4 children had the third-class healed wound , which were significantly better than the numbers of 4, 10 and 4 children in the control group (Z=3.07,P〈0.05).In the intervention group, 8 children had 0-degree postoperative pain; 5 children had 1-degree postoperative pain; 2 children had 2-degree postoperative pain; 2 children had 3-degree postoperative pain , which were significantly better than the numbers of 2, 3, 6 and 7 children in the control group (Z=2.34,P〈0.05).Conclusions The semiconductor laser treatment can improve healing effect of hypospadias operation wounds and alleviate postoperative pain , and it can help to improve the recovery .
