摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,企业面临更加复杂多变的环境和日趋激烈的竞争,这就要求企业要通过不断的创新和转型来适应市场和环境的变化。产业环境不确定性对企业产品转型有多方面的重要影响。本文以国内106家企业为样本,使用结构方程模型对企业所处的产业环境不确定性对企业转型绩效的影响进行了分析。结果表明,产业的技术不确定性和产业运营环境的不确定性对企业产品转型绩效有正向的影响,而产业信息自由度对企业产品转型绩效的影响不显著。
Bith the rapid development of China＇s economy, the business environment faced by enterprise arebecoming more complex and competition is increasingly fierce in the atmosphere, which requires companies to adapt to changes in the market and the environment through continuous innovation and transformation. Industrial environmental uncertainty has many important implications for enterprise product transition. In this paper, we take 106 domestic companies as samples, using a structural equation model to analyze the influence industrial environment of uncertainty on the performance of enterprise transformation. Result shows that technological uncertainty and uncertainty in the industry operating environment has a positive impact on corporate performance product transition, while the influence of degree of the freedom of information on the enterprise product restructuring performance is not significant.
