摘要
高关水库充分利用已建成的水文遥测、大坝安全监测及洪水预报调度等信息化系统,采用较为先进、便捷的信息化手段,为水库预测、预报与决策提供科学依据,为水库安全度汛提供技术保障,保障了下游人民财产安全,发挥了水库防洪减灾效益。
Based on the operation of Gaoguan Reservoir in 2007,experiences of typical flood forecasting and regulation are summarized. Advanced and convenient information-based management systems,such as the hydrological data telemetering system,dam safety monitoring system and flood forecasting and regulation system,are adopted. These systems provide important scientific and technical supports for the safe operation of the reservoir.
