摘要
通过在130 m2烧结机上根据燃料粒度的差异,进行不同燃料的搭配,研究调整适宜烧结机生产的内外配比例,稳定烧结操作参数,结果表明对解决烧结料层上部燃料分布不足问题、降低固体燃料消耗有一定的促进作用。
In view of difference in particle size of fuels applied to 130 m2 sintering machine, different fuel mixture tests were made to find the suitable proportion of internal and external fuels for sintering machine production, and to stablize sin-tering operation parameters.The results indicate that solve the problem of unevenfuel distribution in the upper part of the sinter layer was solved, and solid fuel consumption was reduced.
