摘要
计算机和大量新信息技术的应用,为图书馆实现办公自动化,信息资源数字化、信息服务网络化搭建了良好的平台。在网络和大数据环境下,高校图书馆作为信息技术人才和信息资源的主要产生地,积极研究和应用新信息技术获取和向相关信息用户推送各类学术资源以提高图书馆和教学科研人员的核心竞争力,是当前高校图书馆人需要面对和研究的问题。
It builds the platform by the computer and the massive recent information technology application,realizes the office automation for the library,the information resource digitization,the service network has built the good platform. Under the network and the big data environment,the university library mainly produces as the information technology talented person and the information resource,positively studies and applies the recent information technology gain and pushes each kind of academic resources to the correlation information user to enhance the library and the teaching scientific researcher’s core competitive power,is the current university library person needs to face with the research question.
