随着社会的发展和生态环境的变化,突发性公共事件明显增多,极端性自然灾害不断出现,为适应应急处置的更高要求,基于有线电视的数字应急广播新技术应运而生,采用DVB-C的相关标准协议和规范,可让户外大喇叭和家中机顶盒同时接收广播节目,兼容现有的数字电视系统,运行维护更方便。

With the cable TV from analog to digital,from one-way to two-way,The new digital emergency broadcast technology also breeds based on catv. Using the DVB-C related standard protocols and specifications,can make the outdoor big horn and set-top box of the user receive a broadcast program at the same time,compatible with the existing digital TV system,operation and maintenance more convenient.
