摘要
目的探讨胃癌术后早期肠内营养和肠外营养支持的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月—2013年10月我院收治的胃癌且行手术治疗的患者132例,按照随机数字表法分为A组(n=66例)和B组(n=66例),A组患者术后给予早期肠内营养支持,B组患者术后给予肠外营养支持,比较两组患者术前1 d和术后10 d的营养状况,并观察患者术后住院时间、肛门排气时间和并发症发生情况。结果 A组患者术后前白蛋白水平显著高于B组,丙氨酸氨基转移酶显著低于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者住院时间和肛门排气时间均显著短于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者无均严重并发症发生。结论早期肠内营养支持能够显著改善胃癌术后患者的营养情况,促进其胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间。
OBJECTIVE To study the clinical results of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support postoperative in gastric. METHODS 132 cases surgical treatment of patients with gastric cancer were selected from our hospital during the period from Octo- ber 2011 to October 2013, the patients were divided into group A(n=66) and group B(n=66) according to a random number table,A group were given early enteral nutrition, B group was given parenteral nutrition, nutritional status ld preoperative and 10d postoper- ative of two groups were compared, postoperative hospital stay, anal exhaust time and complications were observed also. RESULTS Postoperative albumin of group A Was significantly higher than group B, alanine aminotransferase significantly lower than in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.05); hospital stay, anal exhaust time of group A were significantly shorter than in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); there were no serious complications in two groups. CONCLUSION Ear- ly enteral nutrition could significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer, promote recovery of gastrointesti- nal function, reduce hospitalization time.
