摘要
目的观察腕踝针结合中药离子导入技术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法在上海市陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心对180例肩周炎患者开展腕踝针结合中药离子导入治疗与单用腕踝针或中药离子导入法治疗疗效的比较观察,比较分析三者临床症状缓解程度、病程和治疗费用等,评价联合治疗方法对肩周炎治疗的有效性与安全性。结果 3组治疗后及结束治疗后1个月、3个月和6个月随访数据显示,联合治疗组治愈率明显高于单独治疗组(P<0.01),病程有一定程度缩短(复发率低)结论腕踝针结合中药离子导入治疗肩周炎,能有效改善症状,并较单独疗法能有效缩短疗程。
OBJECTIVE Observe the wrist ankle needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis technology clinical curative effect for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. METHODS In Shanghai Lujiazui Community Health Service Centers and 180 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were treated in wrist ankle injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment with wrist ankle needle or the comparison of Chinese medicine iontophoresis method curative effect observation, compara- tive analysis of the three degree of clinical symptoms, duration and cost of treatment, evaluation of the effectiveness of combined thera- py for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and security. RESULTS The three groups after treatment and after treatment of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months follow-up data show that combined treatment group cure rate significantly higher than that of single treat- ment group （P〈 0.01）, the course of the disease have a certain degree of shortening the recurrence （low）. CONCLUSION The wrist an- kle injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, can effectively improve symptoms, and a single therapy can effectively shorten the course of treatment.
