摘要
目的应用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)对维吾尔族和汉族上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(second mesiobuccal canal,MB2)的发现率进行研究。方法 137例维吾尔族患者和141例汉族患者共556颗上颌第一磨牙行CBCT检查,比较上颌第一磨牙MB2发现率的差异,分析MB2发现率与性别、牙位、年龄的关系。结果维吾尔族和汉族患者MB2发现率分别为73.36%(201/274)、65.25%(184/282),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);维吾尔族和汉族患者年龄≤40岁者MB2发现率(78.05%、70.00%)高于年龄>40岁者(66.36%、58.04%)(P<0.05);维吾尔族男性和女性MB2发现率(73.13%、73.57%)、左侧和右侧MB2发现率(75.91%、70.80%),汉族男性和女性MB2发现率(66.92%、63.82%)、左侧和右侧MB2发现率(66.67%、63.83%)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MB2发现率随年龄增高而降低,且维吾尔族患者上颌第一磨牙MB2发现率高于汉族患者。
Objective To explore the detection rate of second mesiobuccal canal of maxillary first molar in the Uygur and Han patients by using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT).Methods The CBCT images of 556 maxillary first molars from 137 Uygur and 141 Han patients were analyzed to compare the detection rates of second mesiobuccal canal between Uygur and Han patients,and analyze the correlation of second mesiobuccal canal with gender,tooth position and age.Results The detection rate of second mesiobuccal canal of maxillary first molar was 73.36%(201/274)in the Uygur patients,significantly different from that in Han patients(65.25%(184/282))(P〈0.05).The detection rates of second mesiobuccal canal were higher in patients ≤40years old(78.05%,70.00%)than those in patients 40years old(66.36%,58.04%)(P〈0.05)in both Uygur and Han patients.There were no significant differences in the detection rates of second mesiobuccal canal between male and female Uygur patients(73.13%,73.57%),the left and right sides in Uygur patients(75.91%,70.80%),male and female Han patients(66.92%,63.82%),and left and right sides in Han patients(66.67%,63.83%)(P〉0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of second mesiobuccal canal of maxillary first molars in Uygur patients is significantly higher than that in Han patients,and shows a decline tendency along with the age.
