摘要 针对公司现有大型焊接热处理设备频繁出现的老化故障以及温度控制的不精确性,利用智能化仪表、微机系统等新技术对其进行升级改造。结果表明:改造后的热处理温控系统完全能够满足公司目前对管道焊接热处理工艺要求,热处理性能稳定,温度精确无波动,同时节能效果显著,改造成本费用低,经济效益可观,达到了改造的目的。 In view of existing frequent aging failure and temperature inaccuracy of large welding heat treatment equipment of company,it is upgraded by the new technology such as intelligent instruments and microcomputer system.The results show that the temperature control system of heat treatment can completely meet the requirements of the company for pipe welding heat treatment process after upgrading,has stable heat treatment performance,accurate temperature and no fluctuations,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable,upgrade cost is low,economic benefits is considerable,it achieve the goal of the upgrading.
