摘要 概述了樟树精油的主要化学成分,按樟树所含主要化学成分的不同,将樟树划分为芳樟型,樟脑型,油樟型,异樟型和龙脑型等5个化学类型,主要含有芳樟醇、樟脑、黄樟油素、橙花叔醇和龙脑等化含物。介绍了樟树精油的抑菌活性与应用,综述了其对细菌、真菌的抑制作用,并讨论了我国樟树育种、精油提取及精深加工等方面存在的问题,为樟树精油的进一步开发与利用提供参考。 The main chemical compositions of essential oils from Cinnarnomum camphora were summarized in this paper. The Cinnamomum camphora trees were divided into five chemical types including linalool-type, camphor-type, safrole-type, isonerolidol-type and borneol-type according to chemical compositions of their essential oils. The essential oils from Cinnamomum camphora contained linalool, camphor, safrole, nerolidol, borneol and so on. The bioactivity and application of essential oils from Cinnamomum camphora were discussed. The inhibitory effects on bacteria and fungi were reviewed. In the mean time, the problems of research on the essential oils were discussed including breeding, essential oil extraction technology and deep processing. It will provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of essential oils from Cinnamomum camphora.
