摘要
针对舞台控制系统中常用的一类传感器——编码器故障问题,提出一种多尺度形态学分解方法.通过对故障原因及故障模式的分析,采用多尺度形态学对故障信号进行分解;借助于DIF滤波器本身具有展现信号冲击特征的能力,采用其对分解后的信号进行处理,并用于信号的重构,从而使重构后的信号在故障发生时刻能够突显故障的特征,以此实现对故障编码器的检测.通过模拟不同类型的故障,仿真实验及实践应用验证本文算法的有效性.
Aimed at the fault of decoder as a class of common transducer in stage machinery control system,a multi-dimensional morphological decomposition method was presented.Failure origin and failure mode was analyzed and the fault signal was decomposed with multidimensional morphology.Because the DIF filter proper possesses the capacity to unfold the impact characteristics of the signal,the decomposed fault signal was processed and then reconstructed.The reconstructed signal would have the ability to highlight the fault characteristics when the fault emerged,so that the detection of fault encoder was realized.It was verified by simulation and practical application that the proposed method was effective when various faults were simulated.
