摘要
以三溴苯氧基氯丙醇、四氯化硅为主要原料合成新型硅、氯、溴三元素协同高效阻燃剂硅酸四(三溴苯氧基氯丙基)酯.探讨了反应温度、时间对产率的影响,得到最适宜的工艺条件:四氯化硅与三溴苯氧基氯丙醇物质的量比为1∶4,120℃反应6h,产率达97.6%.FTIR、1 H NMR的表征结果表明产品与目标产物结构一致,极限氧指数的测试结果表明产品的阻燃性能优良.
Novel efficient flame retardants-silicate tetra(tribromophenoxy chloropropyl)ester with silicon,chlorine and bromine three-element synergism was synthesized when tribromophenoxy chloropropanols and silicon tetrachloride were taken as its main raw materials.The effects of reaction temperature and time on the reaction yield were investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:the reaction temperature was 120℃,reaction time was 6h,and amount ratio of substance of silicon tetrachloride to tribromophenoxy chloropropanols was 1∶4.The percentage of the reaction yield could reach 97.6%.It was shown by the results of FTIR,1 H NMR characterization that the product structures were consistent with the target product.Limit oxygen index test result revealed that it would have an excellent flame retardative properties.
