摘要
采用计算机仿真和统计回归分析相结合的方法,从动态网络视角深入考察了技术互依性和组织双元能力对联盟创新绩效的影响.研究表明,技术互依性不仅负向影响联盟短期和长期创新绩效,也负向调节组织双元能力与联盟短期和长期创新绩效的关系;开发行为正向影响联盟短期创新绩效,但对联盟长期创新绩效有负向作用,而探索行为对联盟创新绩效的影响则恰恰相反;企业采取结构嵌入模式最有助于提高联盟短期创新绩效,采取位置嵌入模式最有利于提高联盟长期创新绩效.研究结论可以为企业如何构建有效的双元型联盟提供一定策略启示.
By using the methods of computer simulation and statistical regression analysis, it examined the combined effects of technological interdependence and organizational ambidexterity on innovative performance of alliances from the perspective of dynamic network. The results show that technological interdependence not only has a negative effect on the short and long term innovative performance of alliances, but also negatively moderates the effects of organizational ambidexterity on the short and long term innovative performance of alliances. In addition, exploitation has a positive effect on the short term innovative performance of alliances. However, it exerts a negative influence on the long term innovative performance of alliances. On the contrary, compared with exploitation, exploration has the opposite effects on both short and long term innovative performance of alliances. Finally, structural embeddedness is the best network em- beddedness strategy for firms to enhance the short term innovative performance of alliances, and positional embeddedness is the best network embeddedness strategy for firms to enhance the long term innovative performance of alliances. Those conclusions could provide some managerial insights into some strategies for firms which want to establish efficient ambidextrous alliances.
