机器人辅助腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用 被引量:16

摘要 随着外科技术的发展,机器人手术在泌尿外科的应用越来越广泛。机器人手术具有精确性高、操作灵活、视野清、出血少、住院时间短、并发症少及恢复快等优点。目前,机器人辅助腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科已广泛应用于根治性前列腺切除、肾部分切除、根治性膀胱切除、供肾切取、巨大肾上腺肿瘤切除、肾盂成形等复杂泌尿外科手术。本文就机器人辅助腹腔镜手术的历史及其在泌尿外科的应用作一综述。 With the development of surgical and technological modifications, robotic surgeries are increasingly used for urologic indications. The minimally-invasive nature of robotic surgery allows for better precision, flexible operation, clear field, decreased blood loss, shorter hospital stay, decreased complication, and shorter convales- cence while preserving functional and oncologic outcomes. Additionally, the application of robotic surgery in urology has spread beyond radical prostatectomy to include partial nephrectorny, radical cystectomy, donor nephrecto- my, adrenalectomy, and pyeloplasty, etc. This article briefly reviews the history and development of the use of robotics in surgery especially in urology.
