根治性前列腺切除术中应用简易方法预防腹股沟斜疝的体会 被引量：2

摘要 根治性前列腺切除术（radical prostatectomy,RP）是治疗局限性前列腺癌（prostate cancer,PCa）的有效方法[1-3]。尽管近年来开放性RP受到腹腔镜和机器人的挑战,但开放性RP在肿瘤控制和提高术后生活质量方面仍然是治疗PCa的“金标准”[1]。RP术后常见并发症是尿失禁、ED、吻合口狭窄、腹股沟斜疝（inguinal hernia,IH）等。
