摘要
采用单针头静电纺丝技术,结合浓碱水热处理及煅烧过程制备出了具有特殊形貌的一维二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米纤维。通过SEM、BET、XRD和UV-Vis DRS等对其形貌、比表面积、晶型和吸光性能进行了表征。结果表明处理后纳米纤维具有"毛刺"状的特殊形貌,其比表面积随着煅烧温度的升高而降低,得到的TiO2纳米纤维为锐钛矿相。以罗丹明B为降解源,通过1h全波段光照降解实验结果表明,浓碱处理后煅烧温度为500℃时降解率最高,可达94.3%,是未处理TiO2纳米纤维的1.33倍。
One-dimensional TiO2 nanofibers with special morphology were successfully prepared by single needle electrospinning technology,followed by alkali wet treatment and calcination process.TiO2 nanofibers was characterized by SEM,BET,XRD and UV-Vis DRS.The results indicated that TiO2 nanofibers had special morphology with thorn and anatase crystal structure.The specific surface area of TiO2 nanofibers reduced with the increase of calcination temperature.The result of degradation of Rhodamine B under full-band light irradiation for 1hshowed the highest degradation rate,94.3%,could be achieved when calcination temperature was 500℃.The degradation rate was 1.33 times higher than TiO2 nanofibers without any treatment.
