摘要
基于MEMS陀螺设计了随钻测斜仪系统。重点介绍了随钻测斜仪系统各功能模块的硬件设计方法,并利用高精度仿真转台搭建了随钻测井仿真平台,并利用仿真转台对所设计的测斜仪系统进行模拟随钻测井过程。结果表明,所设计的随钻测斜仪原理样机基本达到期望,具有较高的测量精度。
This paper introduces the design of a Measurement While Drilling(MWD)inclinometer system based on MEMS gyroscope,and puts emphasis on the hardware design of MWD inclinometer system.The precision simulation turntable is used to simulate drilling,and the simulation analysis on the inclinometer is conducted.Simulations and experiments demonstrate that the MWD inclinometer can effectively measure the trajectory of well drilling.
