胸内Castleman病研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 Castleman病是一种少见的淋巴结增生性疾病,该病可发生于任何有淋巴组织的地方,最常发生于胸内,其病因可能与感染、细胞因子表达及免疫机制异常有关;且临床及影像学表现多样,术前诊断困难,易漏诊误诊,需病理才能确诊。目前治疗方法包括手术切除、化疗、放疗和靶向治疗等,但总体效果欠佳。为提高此疾病认识,现就胸内Castleman病研究进展做一综述。
