摘要
我国政府高度重视煤矿瓦斯抽采利用,确立了"先抽后采"的瓦斯治理工作方针,建立了"通风可靠、抽采达标、监控有效、管理到位"的瓦斯综合治理工作体系。中心分流囊袋式注浆封孔是一种新型高效的煤层瓦斯抽采封孔方法,封孔浆液从注浆阀分流进入两个囊袋,囊袋膨胀压力达到设定值后注浆阀上的压力控制打开,浆液进入两个囊袋之间的钻孔内。此种封孔器结构新颖,操作方便,降低了工人的劳动强度,抽采的瓦斯浓度大幅提高,有利于煤矿的安全开采。
Our government pays high attention to the drainage and comprehensive utilization of gas in coal mine,and has established gas control policy including ＂ draining gas before coal mining＂,The comprehensive gas control system reliable ventilation, ＂ extraction reaching standards,effective monitoring,management in place＂ was established. Center shunt pouch grouting hole-sealing of coal seam gas is a new type of high efficient extraction hole-sealing method,hole-sealing slurry splits into two pouches from grouting valves. When the expansion pressure of pouch reaches to given data,the pressure control of grouting valves are turned on,then slurry splits into boreholes between two pouches. The hole-sealing device has the advantages of novel structure,easy to operate,the application of the device can reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the extraction of gas concentration,and is beneficial to the safe production of coal mine.
