与美国NBA教练员作比较得出:CBA主教练的平均年龄比NBA主教练的平均年龄低,NBA主教练的执教经验更丰富;在CBA和NBA的主教练大都具有高水平的运动经历并且球员时代多是组织后卫的身份;CBA主教练的学历普遍比NBA主教练低,体育理论和创新等综合实力欠缺。NBA主教练所学专业更丰富,文化底蕴更浓厚;CBA主教练执教现球队的年限比NBA主教练短,部分CBA俱乐部急功近利,缺少对主教练的信任和耐心;NBA教练团队庞大,分工明确,俱乐部运营机制完善,CBA教练团队人员相对稀缺,主教练一般身兼多职;CBA与NBA的优秀主教练都有高质量的助教经历,这是其后担当大任的重要因素。
Compared with American NBA coaches： the average age of the CBA coach is lower than that of the NBA head coach; the coaching experience of NBA coach is more rich; Coach has a high level of athletic experience and most is the guard both in the CBA and NBA; CBA coaches＇ education are generally lower than the NBA head coach, lacking in innovation of sports theory and comprehensive strength. NBA coach has a more comprehensive background; CBA coach is in charge of team only in fixed number of year, shorter than the NBA head coach, while now part of the CBA clubs, are eager for the instant interest, lack of trust and patience in the head coach. NBA coach team has a clear division of responsibilities, the club operation mechanism of which is,ore perfect, while CBA coach team personnel is of relative scarcity, coach also undertake many other duties at same time; CBA and NBA outstanding manager has a high quality assistant experience, which is an important factor in later stage.
