摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗配合依帕司他胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:68例患者随机分为对照组33例、治疗组35例,对照组给予口服依帕司他胶囊50 mg,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗;1个月为1个疗程,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗比较:治疗组有效率91.4%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较(P<0.05);多伦多临床评分治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:中药熏洗能及时明显减轻患者的肢体疼痛、麻木、寒凉等症状;配合口服依帕司他胶囊可以改善患者的神经功能。联合治疗有效率明显提高,方法简便,疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation and epalrestat for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods：68 cases of diabetes with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in control group and 35 cases in treatment group：The control group was given epalrestat（50 mg,tid） and the treatment group received additional services with herbal fumigation on the basis of control group.One month was a course.We compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results：The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 91.4% and 66.7% respectively and there were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The significant difference was detected in the Toronto clinical score（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Herbal fumigation can significantly reduce the symptoms of diabetes,including limb pain,numbness and coldness.Herbal fumigation can also improve the nerve function of diabetes combined with epalrestat.The combination therapy can improve the effective rate obviously.
