摘要
目的:探讨聚精颗粒对少弱精子症及PRM2基因表达水平的影响。方法:采用聚精颗粒治疗少弱精子症患者21例,选取精子正常者8例,比较治疗前后及他们各自与正常人之间精子浓度、活力和PRM2基因表达水平的变化。结果:PRM2mRNA水平治疗前低于正常人(P<0.05),治疗后与正常人之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);精子浓度治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.01);A+B级精子治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:聚精颗粒对提高少弱精子症的精子浓度和活力有较好疗效,能显著增加PRM2的mRNA表达水平。
Objective：To discuss the effect of Jujing Granule on oligoasthenozoospermia and PRM2 mRNA expression level.Methods：Jujing Granule was used to treat 21 cases of oligoasthenozoospermia patients and 8 cases with normal sperm were selected.We compared the changes of sperm concentration,vitality and PRM2 mRNA level between each of them and normal persons before and after treatment.Results：PRM2 mRNA level was lower than that of the normal persons before treatment（P〈0.05）,but there was no statistical difference from the normal persons after treatment（P〉0.05）.PRM2 mRNA level after treatment was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.The sperm concentration after treatment was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.A-class sperm after treatment was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.01）.A ＋ B class sperm after treatment was higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jujing Granule had a good curative effect on the improvement of sperm concentration and vitality of patients with oligoasthenozoospermia and it could significantly improve PRM2 mRNA expression level.
