摘要
设计了一套用于检测信息技术设备稳定性及机械强度试验的施力试验装置。按照GB 4943—2011《信息技术设备的安全》对稳定性及机械强度的要求,对该试验装置进行了结构及电路设计。测试结果表明,采用该试验设备,施力方向及施力精度均达到设计预期,完全满足标准测试需求,提高了检测工作效率。
A set of force testing device is designed for testing stability and mechanical strength of information technology equipment. According to the stability and mechanical strength requirements in GB 4943—2011 ＂Safety of information technology equipment＂, the structure and circuit design of test device are illustrated. The test results show that, by using this test device, force direction and force precision can meet the design expectation standard test requirements, which can improve the detection efficiency.
