摘要
通过USB摄像头采集图像,利用噪声过滤和二值化等方法对图像进行预处理,再通过设定阀值,目标分割等步骤,利用函数得到鸡蛋的中心坐标值、长轴、短轴和蛋形指数等,最终实现鸡蛋表面质量分级。实验结果证明,通过此种方法研制的鸡蛋表面质量检测系统具有高效率、低成本、易操作的特点,能够替代传统人工筛选,实现鸡蛋质量表面的检测,具有良好的前景。
Captured graphics by USB camera , and processed the images by noise filtering and binaryzation, etc. Then by the steps like setting threshohl and segmentation of multi-targets , use particle analysis function to get the center coordinates, long axis, short axis and egg-shaped index of an egg, thus implementing quality classification. The consequences of the experiment indicate that this egg surface quality detection systeni is effective, inexpeusive,and easy to work. which can be a substitute of traditional artificial selection, and has a good foreground.
