摘要
目的：研究螺旋CT在诊断酒精依赖患者颅脑CT影像中的价值和表现。方法：随机选取60例酒精依赖患者为观察组，60例健康人群为对照组，分析2组颅脑CT影像图像特征。结果：观察组颅脑损害CT影像学主要表现为胼胝体变性11例、脑萎缩44例；脑梗死9侧；脑白质脱髓鞘13例；韦尼克脑病5例。结论：对酒精依赖患者颅脑进行CT检查，可以了解脑损害的性质、范围厦程度，为临床诊断、治疗及评估预后提供依据。
Study of spiral CT in the diagnosis of patients with alcohol dependence craniocerebral CT images in value and performance.Methods：Randomly selected 60 patients with alcohol dependence as the observation group, 60 cases of healthy people as control group, the analysis of two groups craniocerebral CT image image characteristics. Resuits： Observation group cerebral damage CT imaging mainly for corpus callosum degeneration in 11 cases,44 cases of brain atrophy; 9 cases of cerebral infarction; 13 cases of cerebral white matter demyelination;Wernicke eneephalopathy in 5 cases.Conclusion：Craniocerebral CT examination in patients with alcohol dependence, can understand the nature, scope and degree of brain damage, can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and estimating prognosis.
