摘要
教师是教学改革的关键因素。北京吉利学院在推进学校教学改革过程中,通过成立教学促进中心开展一系列教师发展项目,包括校内外教师教学能力培训、提供资源支持和交流平台服务、教学效果评价、教师基本技能大赛等方式提高教师教学水平,促进教师发展,形成了从理论供给、制度供给、方法供给、效能供给等多维度的教师发展体系,取得了一定的成效和社会影响力。
Realized teachers are crucial in educational reform,Beijing Geely University establishes teaching promotion center,which conducts series developmental programs such as teachers' teaching ability trainings inside and outside campus,resources provision for communication platform,teaching effects assessment and teacher's basic teaching skills contest to improve the teaching level and the development of teachers.Supported by theories,systems and methods,a multi-dimensional teaching development system has formulated and has achieved certain social influences.
