摘要 主要探索大型预焙曲面阴极电解槽焙烧新方法——半空腔焙烧法,铺焦和装物料方法、焙烧期间上抬与不上抬阳极的操作对比,选择中间及四周空上抬阳极半空腔焙烧启动新方法更适合曲面阴极槽焙烧工序,为"槽焙烧安全"奠定基础。 The new preheating method of the large scale prebake curved surface cathode electrolytic cell is mainly discussed-- the half cavum preheating method ; comparing with the coke spreading and material loading method, anode lifting or not, selecting of the cen- ter and the surrounding uplifting anode is selected, the beginning of the new half eavum preheating method is more proper for curved surface cathode electrolytic cell preheating procedure, which lays the foundation of "cell preheating safety".
